Hi I'm Sandra, owner and operator of Performance Property Management, pictured here with my biggest supporter, my husband Damian. Based in Hamilton, I have three grown-up sons a beautiful granddaughter and a gorgeous grandson.
After an extensive history as a tenant myself, in 2016 I joined the team at Lugton's Rental Department, assisting with their accounts, general administration and property inspections.
In December 2019, I saw a gap in the market for a more extensive property management service that catered to the needs of all landlords, so Performance Property Management was born.
I believe my hands on, first hand experience makes me a Property Manager that is able to relate to both tenants and property owners.
I manage properties of all shapes. sizes and price ranges in the wider Waikato region - as far north as Huntly, and as south as Tokoroa.
Annette Day
Annette has been in the Property Management sector for over 18 years, Her passion for the industry is second to none and she has previously worked for a large Waikato company for over 17 yrs as a Property Manager. Annette has also dabbled in the Body Corporate industry. Annette is a people person, with an eye for detail that is second to none. What makes Annette's day is being able to place great tenants in great properties and she has a fantastic balance of owner & tenant relations.
Annette has an adoring husband Richard and they have 5 Children and 4 Grandchildren. Annette enjoys gardening, shopping and art's and would love to be able to tick off a few countries she has not yet travelled.
Annette and I, (Sandra) have worked together in the past and I believe we make a fantastic team due to having the same values, work ethic and sense of responsibility.
I would recommend Sandra if you want an honest, reliable and dedicated Property Manager.
I find Sandra to be highly skilled and knowledgeable, she has kept our properties hassle free and has placed two out of three lots of tenants in there. The two she has placed have been very loyal and have never missed a rent payment. The third lot were in the property when she took over and she has managed to bring their rent arrears up to date and is strict but fair on how she expects them to keep the property.
Sandra has dealt with all maintenance issues for me meaning I have just been able to sit back and enjoy my travel.
